Ingredients:

  • greek tahini- sesame paste 350gr
  • honey 140gr
  • chocolate 200gr
  • nuts 120gr
  • muesli 120gr
  • oats 160gr
  • wholegrain cereals 60gr
  • cranberries 70gr
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 110ml warm water
  • 2 scoop protein
  • 1 scoop creatine
  • 1 scoop glutamine

Directions:

Step 1: Melt the honey in the microwave for 30 sec and integrate greek tahini – sesame paste.

Step 2: Add the chocolate and then, cover it over with cling film and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 degrees.

Step 3: Incorporate the sesame paste (tahini) , stir and add the protein, creatine and glutamine.

Step 4: Add nuts, cereals, muesli, oats, cranberries and water and stir gently.

Step 5: Spread in pan and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into portions, and ready for enjoyment
