Ingredients:

– 220 gr yogurt
– 120 ml of milk
– 40 gr of nuts
– 30 gr of stink
– 80 gr flour
– ½ teaspoon of Baking Powder
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 eggs
– 1 scoopTaurus protein
– 1 scoop BMXX
– 1 banana
– 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Directions:

Step 1: In a blender add all the ingredients together until a mixture is made.

Step 2: In a non-stick pan, place the mixture for a few minutes on medium heat and fry on both sides.
