High-Protein CHOCOLATE cream

Today …chocolate with protein!

Very special recipe!! … no sugar at all,  no qualms …. Try it!!

Ingredients

  • Almonds 50g
  • Hazelnuts 50g
  • Walnuts 50g
  • Pistachios of Aegina 50g
  • Cocoa mass 150g
  • Honey 50g
  • Stevia 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cocoa 1 tablespoon
  • Protein 100g
  • Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
  • Water 500ml

Cooking directions

Step 1:

Roast the almonds, the hazelnuts, the pistachios and the walnuts.

Add water until they will be soft enough.

Step 2:
Then mashed these nuts in a blender with water.

Step 3:

Melt the cocoa mass in a bowl and add: 
  • honey,
  • stevia,
  • cocoa,
  • cinnamon and
  • protein. 
Mix until they will be a mass.

Step 4:

Put the mashed nuts in this mix and you’re ready!!
